My Client-First Philosophy

The real estate business is a challenging and demanding business where success is achieved by dedication and commitment. A realtor has to be a person who has the desire to serve the client in many ways and, most of all, understand and be aware of the clients needs since we serve both the seller and buyer. I believe that the diversity of situations that exist and occur in this business requires that the Realtor's approach to be very personal and understanding of the client.

During my 20+ years in this business, I have serve many, many buyers and sellers who were initally clients but through our working relationship have become lasting friends. The success in serving a client's needs is my goal but the satisfaction of a continuing friendship is a greater accomplishment to me.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Real Estate Professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. Combining these tools and Coldwell Banker's support has helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

When I started in real estate I recognized that I had a passion for helping people, buyers and sellers, with their real etate needs. I have always made the client the most important part of my business and have followed this motto:
